Kingswood Day Care Nursery is open 8am-6pm daily the nursery is open 51 weeks a year with the option of being term time.
Kingswood Early Years is open from 9am-4pm daily this nursery is open 38 weeks a year.
Every child is given a key person, with each key worker having the responsibility to ensure a good relationship between you and your child as well as ensure that the care of your child is tailored to their specific needs.
Consistent risk assessments of both indoor and outdoor spaces to ensure your child’s safety, high adult child ratio, CCTV in operation outside the premises, your child is only allowed to be picked up by you or someone that you have given permission to.
That is not a problem. Even though the nursery operates 51 weeks a year it can accommodate parents who wish to send the child during term time only.
Please call us as often as you wish. BUT please avoid calling between 11.30am and 2.30 pm. We are very busy during this period, so calls before or after these times would be preferred. If you would like to discuss your child’s progress, please call to make an appointment with the manager and your child’s key worker
If you feel your child is not happy then please do not hesitate to speak to the nursery manager or a member of staff. Through regular communication we can normally resolve any issues and find some relevant solutions.
