Yes! Simply give us a call to book a free Stay & Play session for you and your child. It’s a great way to explore our nursery and meet our team.
Our settling-in process starts with both the child and parent spending time in the room for one week. This is followed by an 8-week settling-in plan with regular observations and a parent meeting to discuss your child’s progress.
We provide familiar activities from your child’s “All About Me” profile and offer cuddles and support to help them feel secure. If your child continues to cry and cannot be comforted, we will contact you immediately. During this time, our staff will keep you updated.
Once your admission is confirmed, each room will provide a welcome letter detailing the daily routine and a list of items your child will need to bring.
We follow the new EYFS 2025 framework, ensuring intentional planning, observation, and impact for every child’s learning.
We listen to parents and use the EyLog app to share information from home and provide daily updates. This includes brief descriptions of your child’s activities and progress. We always encourage parents to share insights about their child to support personalised learning.
Allergies are a top priority. We complete a Health Care Plan for any child with dietary or medical needs.
All staff members are trained first aiders, and accidents are carefully recorded and communicated to parents.
Through the secure EyLog app, we provide a daily diary with photos, activities, and notes about your child’s day.
Yes! Parents can contact us via phone or the EyLog app anytime.
